Different frequencie than the offered

As you can see, the side offer this receiver UHF500-830MHz. But in the reality is much less. 500-530, or something like this. And the receiver is not working. I've tried it with at least 3 sennheiser transmitters. IEM, 2000 series, and G4 evolution as well. Nothing. The receiver is lit, and nothing else.
