Bought this product over a month ago, reported that I had a defective remote. Being given the runaround by after sales service, who seem to be unable or unwilling to resolve the issue. Countless emails and still no replacement remote. How hard can it be??? Sorry, can't recommend anybody buying anything from these people for this reason. (Will be making a YouTube video review soon)
