1. This is a good quality adapter and converter. There is a DIN 41585 socket (also known as JASO: Japan Automotive Standards Organization) at the ISO plug and car wireless end of the antenna cable.
2. Simply insert the plug between the coaxial cable lead and the radio unit. No tools, welding or crimping are required.
