Determine whether the charger is good: 1. The charger is plugged in and the light on the battery responds (red or blue), then the charger is good 2. When the charger is plugged in, the light on the battery does not respond, but the machine can be turned on or the battery light flashes by pressing the machine switch, the charger is broken 3. If the charger is plugged in, the light on the battery flashes red or the machine switch is also flashing red, it means that the battery is faulty 4. Plug in the charger and measure the voltage output with a multimeter. If the jack has a voltage output of about 26V, the charger is good; if there is no voltage output, the charger is bad
