Here is why you should be careful:
• Broken Email Support: The official email listed on their website is useless. Emails either bounce back or are never received.
• WhatsApp "Stalling" Tactics: While they respond on WhatsApp, it is pure runaround. They acknowledge the delay but offer no solutions, stating their "team hasn't responded yet" while refusing to provide a concrete deadline for a refund or replacement.
• Ignoring Proof: Despite sending clear video evidence that the item is defective and unusable, they continue to stall with open-ended "feedback" cycles.
• No Accountability: They do not provide return instructions or status updates on their "analysis".
Summary: Buying here is a gamble. If you receive a faulty item, the support team will simply ignore your proof and drag out the process indefinitely. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
